Welding and fabrication sized for this shop

Custom welding and fabrication for residential, commercial, and industrial customers: data-center parts, gates and railings, decorative architectural metalwork, and small secondary fabrication. We build decorative architectural metalwork. We're not a large structural steel shop, so building frames and big structural packages aren't a fit.

01

Data-center fabrication

Lower-volume, high-precision pieces for data centers. This is a custom shop, not a mass-production line. Call out the material, the dimensions, and any standard the part has to meet, including corrosion resistance or shielding.

  • Server racks and cabinets, sized for airflow and the equipment they hold
  • Equipment enclosures and chassis for switches, power gear, and similar hardware
  • Perforated panels with a hole pattern cut for the cabinet or floor
  • Cable trays, ladders, and baskets, sized for the run and the load
  • Brackets, mounts, and wall supports, including adjustable mounts
  • Airflow panels, baffles, and louvered pieces
  • Switch boxes and power-distribution enclosures, with knockouts for the cabling
  • Small frames and supports for equipment such as cooling units or generator housings

Finishes include Awlgrip, powder coat, and enamel.

Gates and railings

Driveway gates, entry gates, and railings for homes and commercial properties, inside and outside. Built in the Carrollton shop from steel, stainless, or aluminum, including mixed metal-and-wood when the design calls for it. The in-house CNC plasma table cuts logos, motifs, and other patterns into the panels.

  1. Measure the opening and settle the material, the swing or slide, and any plasma-cut pattern.
  2. Weld the frame from steel tube or aluminum, sized for the height and the load.
  3. Cut the infill, add wood where it belongs, and fit hinges, latches, locks, or an operator.
  4. Paint, powder coat, or patina, then check that the gate moves and the edges are finished.

Decorative architectural metalwork

We build decorative architectural metalwork. Custom features, accents, scrolls, ornamental frames, and plant hangers are fabricated in the Carrollton shop, along with the decorative work on gates and railings.

We're not a large structural steel shop, so building frames and big structural packages aren't a fit.

Small secondary fabrication

Repairs, modifications, reinforcements, and one-off parts in steel, aluminum, and stainless. Brackets, patches, short runs, and fixes on equipment that is already built, including heavy-equipment parts. Aluminum and stainless welding are part of the regular work.
